14. Insulation gasket is firmly and accurately attached: the positive electrode of the battery cell is firmly attached with insulation tape, and the hole position is accurate, which does not affect high-speed positioning welding.

The spot welding efficiency is high and the quality is good: 12 power-saving cores can be combined in series and parallel at will, and the positive and negative poles of the batteries are spot welded at the same time, saving time and cost. Long nickel sheets can be left at the front end of multiple groups, and long nickel sheets can be left at the front and back of a single group. The structural design is welded first and then cut. When the batteries are combined in parallel, they will not shake up and down. Compared with other devices in the market, the connection is tighter and firmer, which can save the time for dispensing glue in the middle of the batteries and eliminate the possibility of loose nickel sheets when the finished products fall.

The whole spot welding process does not need human participation, which effectively ensures the consistency of spot welding effect and eliminates the requirement of manual spot welding on the technical level of workers. When discharging, the battery pack is flat and put into the belt, not flowing out, and the nickel sheet is not easy to deform.
17. The nickel belt adopts disc-shaped nickel belt to reduce waste, and the length of nickel sheet can be set freely, which is simple and efficient;

19. Accurate welding of the lug: the length of the lug nickel sheet can be adjusted at will, and two groups of stepping and rotating mechanisms are added, so that the lug angle can be adjusted by 30-90, and the servo motor drives the battery pack to move, so that the welding position is accurate.
20. Consistency of lug soldering: automatic soldering is carried out by using an automatic tin feeder, and the position of tin feeding amount can be adjusted at will.
