On March 8, 2003, three founders with years of experience in the industry borrowed friends to formally trial-produce products with years of experience in research and development in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and sent them to customers for verification at the same time. At the end of July, I rented a 500-square-meter factory and put it into mass production!

  On September 8th, 2003, all registrations were completed: Shenzhen Haituo Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer of precision hardware welding equipment and lithium battery testing equipment, was formally born!

  In July 2007, we expanded and moved to Dalang New Industrial Park in Bao 'an District, and officially started large-scale production and operation!

  In August 2010, the company upgraded its business for the second time and set up an automation division. In the early stage, it has completed the PACK automation production line of mobile phone battery, mobile power supply, notebook battery and soft battery series.

  In June 2013, Haituo Automation Division moved to Guanlan Tianbei Yuepeng Industrial Zone, focusing on the integrated application of power battery PACK automation equipment in the whole line system of electric vehicles, energy storage batteries and automobile battery module industries and the customization of non-standard automation equipment.

  In October 2017, it successfully passed the Shenzhen high-tech enterprise certification and the national high-tech enterprise certification.

  In March, 2022, a subsidiary was established in Xiangyang, Hubei Province to expand the scale of production.

  In March 2022, a separate R&D and sales center and exhibition hall were set up in Shenzhen.
