Second, safety redundancy and monitoring and early warning should be done in the design of batteries, modules, Pack and process setting.
In the design process, the first thing is to ensure the chemical stability of the battery, to choose stable materials, and to test its stability through strict evaluation; In the module part, the battery cell is protected from impact through the structure.
The third stage is pack. In addition to physical protection measures, the key is to diagnose the fault of the battery module through BMS, monitor the abnormal occurrence, and predict the possible problems, so as to control the problems.
In the test and verification before mass production, we should do a good job of full verification.
In fact, this is also the biggest problem facing the domestic power lithium-ion battery field at present.
